The Riesling Estate from Weingut Wittmann in Westhofen (Rheinhessen) is a biodynamically produced estate wine. The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards, including young vines from the Aulerde and Brunnenhäuschen sites. The wine is spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
The nose reveals cool, herbal notes, accompanied by citrus aromas and a hint of chalk. On the palate, the wine is compact and medium-bodied, with lively, lemony acidity and impressive length. A characterful Riesling that impresses both as an aperitif and with light dishes.

Fresh acidity gives it structure. It matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve clarity and varietal character. An elegant, animating summer wine with good length and fine structure.
