Whoever had the idea to create the Rosso Mosso deserves an award. Admittedly, before the first taste, we were skeptical. After all, it's a red Spumante in the extra dry flavor, so not entirely dry. The very first sip was absolutely convincing: fruity, fresh, subtle sweetness, and yet full of character. The best part: as a food companion, the Rosso Mosso is almost unbeatable. The Rosso Mosso goes perfectly with barbecue, salads, cheese, many fish dishes, pizza, and even fruity desserts. I can't imagine a better summer wine.

The Cuvée des quatre terroirs Bourgogne Aligoté from Domaine Chevrot et Fils combines Aligoté Doré and Vert from four parcels (two gravel, two sandstone) with vines approximately 35 years old. Gentle hand-harvesting and cool stainless steel fermentation, sometimes complemented by wood aging, preserve freshness and minerality.
In the glass, it shines with a bright straw yellow. The nose offers aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a hint of wax. On the palate, it is clear, precisely mineral, and structured, with elegant acidity and fine density.
A lively, terroir-driven Aligoté – ideal on its own or with seafood, oily fish, or fresh herbs.
