A Loire-Franc with a clear profile – precise and straightforward.
Thierry Germain's Saumur-Champigny (Domaine des Roches Neuves) is organically grown in Varrains near Saumur. The vines grow on limestone and sandy soils of the Saumur plateau. The wine is harvested by hand, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel for 14 days, and also aged in stainless steel tanks – all in the interest of maximum freshness and precision.
On the nose, this single-varietal Cabernet Franc shows aromas of red berries and a hint of graphite. On the palate, it presents itself as lively, juicy, and clearly structured. The tannins are ripe and finely woven, the overall impression is cool, elegant, and enjoyable to drink. A Loire Franc with a clear profile – precise and straightforward.

Domaine des Closiers' 2020 Bay Rouge comes from a 50–60-year-old parcel located between Parnay and Turquant, on lean Tuffeau clay soils. With extremely low yields of 20 hl/ha, it matures for three years in new barriques (Dussiaux) and one year in the bottle.
It presents a deep ruby red color. The bouquet unfolds notes of cassis, wild berries, cedar, graphite, and menthol. On the palate, it is dense, ripe, and mineral, with silky tannins and great length.
A grand Saumur Champigny with aging potential from 2025 to 2045, an intense ambassador of its origin and barrique aging.
