A wonderfully refreshing apple juice with a hint of carbonation. Eric Bordelet composes this particularly well-balanced juice from cider apples of old varieties.
The rosé from Weingut Dautel comes from an organic VDP estate. It combines Lemberger and Spätburgunder grapes. In the glass, it shines in a bright salmon pink with aromas of vineyard peach, raspberry, and redcurrant, rounded off by fine orange zest and cherry blossom minerality. Fresh acidity gives it structure. It matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve clarity and varietal character. An elegant, animating summer wine with good length and fine structure.
